Abstract

Dysgonia torrida, the Jigsaw  is a beautiful moth but rarely found. Recently it was sighted at Azamgarh (Uttar Pradesh) and reported here as a new record with its systematic account distribution, habitat, food and feeding, breeding, larval host plants and biological control measures.
