Abstract

A field experiment was conducted during June, 2024 to January, 2025 at the Horticulture Farm, College of Agriculture, Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The ten treatment combinations for ber were evaluated with three replications under randomized block design. The results revealed that the maximum value of total soluble solids (20.19 ºBrix), total sugar (12.82 %), reducing sugar (6.27 %), non-reducing sugar (6.55 %) and minimum acidity percentage (0.46 %) were achieved by treatment T9 (50 % RDF + 20 kg vermicompost + 50 g Azotobacter + 50 g PSB) as compared to other treatments.
