Four female buffalo calves were presented in winter month with typical sign of necrosis and gangrene of the extremities including the tail and lower limbs. On clinical examination it was suspected as degnala disease. Antibiotics, Penta sulphate mixture along with supportive therapy was given to all the calves for ten days. Buffalo calves well respond to the treatment and complete recovered after the treatment.
