The present investigation was carried out at Horticulture farm, Department of Horticulture, Rajasthan College of Agriculture, MPUAT, Udaipur during Kharif season in two consecutive years 2022-23 and 2023-24. The experiment was made up of the thirteen treatments of different combination of organic nutrient inputs. Results showed that among different organic nutrient inputs maximum pooled value of TSS (i.e. 5.31 0Brix), β –carotene (i.e. 37.92 µg per 100 g) and ascorbic acid (i.e. 14.78 mg/100 g) were recorded significant under T8 treatment (i.e. ½ RDN through FYM + ½ RDN through Poultry manure + 10% Vermiwash (at 30 and 60 DAT) while, the lowest TSS (i.e. 4.26 0Brix), β –carotene (i.e. 29.72 µg per 100 g) and ascorbic acid (i.e. 9.96 mg/100 g) were recorded under T1 treatment (i.e. control). Maximum value T8 treatment (i.e. ½ RDN through FYM + ½ RDN through poultry manure + 10% Vermiwash (at 30 and 60 DAT) as compare to all other treatments.
