Copyright and Author Rights

We believe that authors should retain the copyright of their research manuscripts and receive proper acknowledgment for their contributions. IJAI Journal is dedicated to safeguarding our authors against intellectual property infringement while being mindful of the sensitivities and concerns within the research community. We accomplish this by proactively identifying, monitoring, and addressing potential infringement instances to ensure that threats to our authors' intellectual property rights are effectively targeted, mitigated, and, where feasible, eliminated.

coOpen Access Articles

Authors maintain the copyright for all Open Access (OA) articles published by IJAI Journal. Those who publish their articles as OA will sign an OA License to Publish Agreement (LTP), granting non-exclusive rights to IJAI Journal when a CC BY license is selected, or exclusive commercial and derivative rights when opting for the CC BY-NC-ND license.

Subscription Articles

IJAI Journal does not require authors to transfer copyright for their published contributions. In addition to the reuse cases outlined in the Rights for Reuse table, authors have further rights to utilize their articles. Unless otherwise specified, these cases pertain to the reuse of the published version of the record, in whole or in part.
